Insignia Concept’s project portfolio continues to grow

 

Founded in 2012, Insignia Concept Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing interior design practice based in the southern region of Malaysia, with services ranging from master planning and architecture to interior design.  

Insignia Concept’s portfolio spans commercial outlets, high-rise residential projects, luxury hotels, public common areas, showrooms, offices and more. They are proud to announce their work on the following projects: 

Chancery Residences Sales Gallery

Designed by Gilbert & Tan, the brief was to turn an empty space into a modern, chic sales gallery dedicated to showcasing housing projects by Radium Development. Insignia aimed to create a luxurious and comfortable environment for a mobile workforce by mixing different styles of ‘loose’ furniture and introducing some high-quality textures throughout the space. 

Nike – Sunway Pyramid

In July 2022, Insignia Concept was proud to undertake the interior fit out work for Nike’s newest outlet in Sunway Pyramid, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The new store required an energetic and vibrant design to reflect Nike’s vision statement and youthful customer base.  

IOI Sales Gallery

Insignia Concept was commissioned to design and build the interior of IOI Properties’ Sales Gallery located in Bandar Putra Kulai. The Gallery is an integrated development that invites potential home owners to view their property of choice in comfort. Insignia designed a highly practical commercial space containing a reception lobby, model display area, cafeteria, and staff offices and meeting areas. 

Estuari Sports Centre

With the intention of being the most functional and most enjoyable space for sports lovers, the Estuari Sports Centre, a fully integrated sports centre, was proudly designed by Insignia. It hosts an extensive array of facilities for the local community, including a swimming pool, martial arts studio, multipurpose room, gym and yoga room.
