In a strategic move to align with our global growth and evolving market presence, BCI Central is pleased to announce our legal entity name changes.  

A New Chapter in Our Business Journey 

BCI Central is owned by Hubexo, formally known as Byggfakta Group. In October 2024, Hubexo restructured and began the global roll-out of the Hubexo brand across over 50 companies in 25 countries, including BCI Central.  

The new Hubexo brand reflects our commitment to working as one unified, global organisation – empowering our customers to maximise sales, streamline operations and build
more sustainably. Our new name reflects our position at the heart of the global construction industry, connecting data, insights and innovation to shape the future of the built environment. 

To reflect this direction, BCI Central will operate under new legal entity names in Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. This change reflects our ongoing commitment to growth and innovation to meet the evolving needs of our customers, partners, and stakeholders on a global scale. 

BCI Central products, inclusive of LeadManager, Analytix, Archify, ArchifySpec, TenderSearch and eProcure, will retain their current name for the time being while we continue to work on our new product branding strategy.

Overview of Legal Entity Name Changes by Country 

We are pleased to confirm the following legal entity name changes:  

• HONG KONG – Effective 5 March 2025, BCI CENTRAL LIMITED changed to HUBEXO HONG KONG LIMITED 

What Does This Mean for Our Customers and Partners? 

Stakeholders will notice our communications, contact details, website and other digital platforms increasingly reflect the new Hubexo name to ensure a consistent and coherent brand experience. Clients are reassured that our team remains contactable through the same usual channels: website, email addresses and phone numbers.  

Our product brands currently remain unchanged. 

The core principles that have guided us throughout our twenty-five-year journey remain the same. Customers and partners will continue to receive the same market-leading solutions and high-quality service they have come to expect from us.  

We are striving to ensure a seamless transition with no disruption to client interactions with our business.
