The BCI Asia Awards

The BCI Asia Awards, established in 2005, celebrate the top architects and developers within Asia’s building and design industry. These esteemed awards cover seven influential markets: Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore and Vietnam. NShe Top 10 Architects, Top 10 Developers, FuturArc Giải thưởng and BCI Asia Interior Design Awards aim to promote innovative and sustainable designs, which contribute to the advancement of our built environment.

Top 10 Architects Awards

The Top 10 Architects awards recognise architecture firms that have sustainable designs and green building ratings. These awards are presented to the firms that have the highest aggregate value of projects in the last calendar year, with consideration for their commitment to sustainable practices and verified green building certifications.

To acknowledge the importance of early-stage green design initiatives, and a firm’s commitment to being environmentally conscious from the inception of a project, the evaluation criteria include pre-tender projects. Additionally, BCI grants a higher rating to industrial, office and hotel projects.

Furthermore, projects can receive recognition twice during their lifespan, specifically when they progress from tender to the main contract being awarded in the subsequent year.

The Top 10 Architects Awards celebrate excellence in architecture, sustainability and innovation, while recognising the transformative power of design in shaping our built environment.
